The community is very safe and quiet. Bella the landlord is great! It’s a great place to live.
I have lived in San Marino for 3 years! I love living here! San Marino has set the bar very high. They have a beautiful property and it is maintained very well. If you ever need anything, maintenance is there right away to fix any issues. Bella the property manager is top-notch! Very responsive and extremely helpful. If you are looking to move here, ask for Bella! She’s amazing and will take great care of you! I highly recommended living here!!
Great townhouse style community with nice neighbors and responsive maintenance.
I have been a long term resident at this property going on 5 years now. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my stay. The grounds and pool are always maintained. The staff are courteous and professional, (especially Bella). The buildings and my unit are maintained well. I have never had any major issues, and if anything did happen, maintenance was there ASAP to assist me with any issues. In addition, this is a great area. Shops, gyms, restaurants, & grocery stores are all in walking distance. There’s a reason why I’ve lived here for multiple years! I urge anyone looking to rent in Boca to check this property out! -P.S
Bella was really Amazing ! She was very Responsive with all the questions that we asked. She made everything Seamless with our long distance move from Las Vegas , San Marino has the perfect location . Pretty much 9 min from the Beach , extremely close to the highway 95. The Unit was Clean . My family and I are happy with our Decision to move to Boca . The neighbors are very friendly. I highly recommend San Marino Townhomes.
I have lived here for over 2 years and I highly recommend San Marino to anyone looking for a great place to live. The rooms are spacious, and the property is well kept with a great pool. Bella ( Property Manager) has been especially helpful, friendly, and accommodating ! She has always made herself available to provide assistance with any concerns and has made living at San Marino a pleasure. Definitely 5 stars here !
My son is a Junior at FAU and lives in San Marino at Town Place. Bella helped him and his roommates so much with the transition and made them feel at home upon arrival. The process was easy and the apartment is very nice! Great customer service. I would totally recommend Bella as your "guide" if you are looking at this property!
The management is unresponsive. The maintenance is lackluster at best (if you can actually get ahold of someone). Was okay when Bella was there, but this place is going down the toilet fast. Those that can leave do, and for good reason. They continue to hike up prices to the equivalent of a half million dollar mortgage, they'll steal your deposit as best they can, and for what? A place that, aside from great location, is essentially becoming the ghetto of Boca Raton? There are much better places around and not all are a naked cash grab.
Great units. Clean and spacious. Also the management is second to none. They get things done in a timely manner when you have an issue.
San Marino is an awesome place to live! The homes are spacious and have great views and a garage. But most importantly, the management is stellar. Bella in the front office has always been immediately responsive to any needs and always has a beautiful smile and great energy. For example, my daughter has also lived in San Marino apartments and when her dog passed away, Bella reimbursed the pet charge. Also, when I am away, I can always call Bella and she will go out of her way to do a small favor for me. I am writing because it is unfortunate that usually people who are disgruntled write reviews. I, however, am a very, very pleased resident and appreciate all that is done by the San Marino management.
San Marino is by far the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. I've been here for exactly 1 year and happily just renewed my lease. The apartment itself is beautiful. I love coming home every day to this great neighborhood. Since the first day I walked into the leasing office, Bella has been nothing but an angel to me. She goes above and beyond and often times I feel like telling her "thank you" isn't enough. She's just so awesome. The Regional manager Jimmy is perfect. He is incredibly accommodating and always gets things done. The maintenance guy also does a very good job of resolving issues in a timely manner. I never had to wait or mention an issue twice. Being that its located in Boca, you can't beat the price. You will never get an apartment like this in Boca for the same price. The location is perfect, only a walk away from the mall, a CVS, and a Publix!!. I 100% recommend living here!
I relocated back to Boca in October. San Marino has been my residence since 2007. I had to move back home San Marino. Home sweet home!! The maintenance staff, and management have been so welcoming. Thank you Bella and Investments Limited!!!! Jack H.
They will charge you for things that they should pay for. Nothing ever gets done on time and the management sucks.
San Marino at Town Center is by far one of the best places I have lived in my 10 years living in Boca Raton, Since the first day I walked into the leasing office I knew I was making friends forever with Bella and Jimmy, they are a great management team and awesome human beings, they made it so easy for me to transition from a three bedroom apartment to a one bedroom, made everything ready for me to move to a new, clean, and modernized stylish apartment, I also love how quick they are to respond to any request I have, Maintenance is right on point! Living in San Marino is a Pleasant Experience!
San Marino is a great place to live at, the units are beautiful and very spacious, the community is clean and very well kept, excellent location, close to everything, the maintenance staff is quick and efficient and Bella, the property manager is AWESOME!!! I needed a place to move in fast and she went above and beyond to make it happen as soon as possible.
When my son and his roommates were moving in, Bella (Property Manager) did everything possible to make it enjoyable. The move in checklist was repaired/replaced immediately. Bella returns calls, gets things fixed right away and is always available via phone or text messaging. The apt and grounds are kept clean and maintenance personal is on site. I highly recommend San Marino at Town Place.
