About The Harbour Club

The Harbour Club features luxury one and two-bedroom units on waterfront property. Residents have access to the marina, pool, fitness room, garages, as well as an easy distance to the adjoining public golf course. Our apartments feature harbour, lagoon, canal & bay views. We are conveniently located to the Babylon train station, which offer one-hour express service to New York City on the LI Railroad. We offer the best in luxury & convenience!

Marina - $40 per foot per season, April 15 - November 14 - Boats must be registered to tenants, no winter storage facilities. Pool - $85 per person for season (Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day weekend) reduced rates for children and senior citizens weekday passes. Storage area - screened storage 4x4x8 feet high (some 4x4x4) tenant must provide lock. Laundry facilities - value card operated washers and dryers located in the basement or adjacent building. Clothes washers and dryers are not permitted to be installed by resident. No barbecuing, or waterbeds. Add $20 per mo. for any water view apartments. One month free on select units.
