Rochester Highlands offers two recently renovated and expanded laundry facilities, a playground, miles of well-lighted sidewalks, plenty of off-street parking and a very active community with a wide variety of scheduled activities for residents. The apartments can be on either the ground floor or second floor of the buildings and offer all the amenities of home. 24-hour emergency apartment maintenance is available seven days a week.
