Patrician Military Management offers military housing for ACTIVE MILITARY, MILITARY RETIREES & RESERVISTS, as well as DoD Civilians in New Orleans at the The Village at Federal City. Located next to the new Federal City development, military members can still receive the same benefits and convenience of military housing in the New Orleans community. Patrician Military Management has provided management of military housing in Algiers since 2001 and will continue in their partnership with the Navy until 2052.

The Village at Federal City offers two, three, and four-bedroom homes with the same benefits and convenience of military housing that you are accustomed to. Rent is Basic Allowance for Housing (BAH), so there are no additional costs to incur. Avoid the traffic congested commute to work at The Village at Federal City. NAS JRB is located only 12 miles away. Maritime High School located at Federal City. Bus service to NASA Explorer School at NAS JRB. Active Military, Military Retirees & Reservists, as well as DoD Civilians eligible to apply.
