All of our flats feature an open concept living and dining area with spacious bedrooms. Tenants are responsible for gas, electric, water, and sewage, however, your trash is included in the rent. Laundry rooms, trash chutes, and storage lockers are available on each floor. Cats are permitted with deposit and monthly pet rent, limit 2 per unit.
