Brumby Lofts are located in Marietta, Georgia, just off historic Marietta Square, surrounded by a neighborhood of beautifully restored Victorian homes. The brick and timber buildings formerly housed the factory which manufactured the Brumby® Rocking Chairs (made famous by President and Mrs. Carter).

131 lofts have been created in the two original buildings, each loft offering a unique design all its own. Hardwood and sealed concrete floors, exposed brick and original windows are just some of the features of these lofts along with complete Euro-style kitchens and washer/dryer hookups.
