Each of our apartments offer washer/dryer hookups, cable and telephone connections in each room, and fully equipped kitchens with dishwashers, frost-free refrigerators, and beautiful all wood cabinets. Another great amenity we offer is our on-site storage units available in 3 different sizes.

Parkview Place is centrally located between Interstates 70 and 81 which sheds valuable time off of daily commutes. Our community is also within a short distance of two of Hagerstown’s finest parks. You can plan a picnic or go fishing at the newly renovated historic Pangborn Park or enjoy a bike ride to Fairgrounds Park where the outdoor and indoor activities are endless. If these types of events are not your forte, perhaps the Prime Outlets or Valley Mall would be of interest. You can also enjoy a wide variety of restaurant choices, and relaxing state parks where you can lay on the warm sand and enjoy the glistening water. Our outdoor play center is the perfect place to entertain your children while taking your dog for a short stroll.
