Unlike most of our competitors, we pour 1 1/2" thick gypcrete over the traditional floor sheeting, and use thicker than normal carpets and carpet pads to reduce sound between floors. We even install 6" of fiberglass insulation between the floors, to ensure optimal sound reduction.

PLUSH OAK WOOD - All interior doors, trim, moulding and kitchen cabinets are natural oak wood products, stained and sealed for long life protection.
