The common areas shine too. The Fitness Center contains a new state of the art treadmill and a fantastic assortment of cable machines and free weights. The Movie Theater Room, part of the larger party room with marble flooring, contains a brand new 65" HDTV for your personal enjoyment or for your planned parties. We encourage you to use the Business Center and its computer for checking your email, printing or copying or faxing your documents.

All of this, right next to the large, sparkling swimming pool and semi-private barbeque area.
