The District on Luther is one of a handful of communities near campuses across the nation that utilizes a unique residence-life model designed to enhance the educational experience of university students. It's the community structure and programs that make the biggest difference in the quality of our student living. Key to our program are our trained, on-site Community Assistants who connect one-on-one with residents to foster connections among residents and remain available when needed. Planned activities include pool parties, sand volleyball and basketball tournaments, karaoke, game nights, movie nights and much more. We have a fully-equipped fitness center,tanning bed, sand volleyball, basketball & tennis courts, a resort-style swimming pool, study rooms and computer facilities with complimentary printing, faxing & photocopying.
