OUR RENTAL POLICIES: Please review them prior to filling out the rental application form

1) EMPLOYMENT - You must show proof of current employment.

2) CREDIT - Good credit is needed. We will refuse an applicant with history of late payments, defaults on financial obligation, bad debt collection, recent bankruptcy or eviction.

3) NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS - Occupancy is restricted to TWO (2) persons per bedroom.

4) Cats are allowed (max.2)with a pet deposit. No dogs.

5)A one year lease is required on all units.
