Supplied Image Guidelines

Please take a few minutes to identify images that best represent your community. Here are some basic requirements and helpful tips that you should be aware of before sending Apartments.com your photos.

Photographs:

• Images must be owned by the property, NOT copyrighted by another photographer or vendor
• Photos may not have people in them
• Images are subject to resizing modification (customer supplied cannot be edited in any way except for resizing)
• All images must include the name of your community AND management company. Floorplan name must be included for all model images
• Images will be returned to you upon request
• Color, horizontal images are recommended

• Floorplans from your marketing materials are preferred
• Supply as large and clear an image as possible

• JPEG or GIF format is preferred
• 180 x 120 pixels or larger
• The color logo used in your marketing materials is preferred

• Digital Images (JPEG format is preferred, close to 640(w) x 480(h) pixels, at a minimum of 72 dpi)
• Printed Photos
