Located a quarter block south of Oralabor Road, at a signalized intersection and only six blocks west of the Interstate 35 interchange, the location is excellent for getting around Des Moines, but also close to much of south Ankeny’s major employers, retail and restaurant offerings, in addition to being four blocks from the DMACC campus. Take a trip to Pizza Ranch or Tractor Supply or Crossfit Ankeny or the Springwood 9 Theaters or enjoy the adjacent bike path and explore through Ankeny, connecting to the High Trestle or Neal Smith Trails for a 25 miles! Our units are newer, with open floorplans and quality construction. We have 15 two bedroom, one bathroom units and one one bedroom, one bathroom unit. Five of them have washer/dryer hook-ups in a large walk-in closet, but we also have two coin-operated washer/dryer sets in the main floor laundry room. Microwaves are included in the full appliance package; heat, water and trash are paid by us and the building entrance secured. Garages are available.

Outer Ankeny/Saylorville

Saylorville and Ankeny comprise two smaller neighborhoods within close proximity of downtown Des Moines, with Ankeny incorporated as a separate city. Both neighborhoods are close to interstates for quick commutes to and from work, and residents have lots of options when it comes to shopping, dining and recreation. The cost of living in these communities runs slightly higher than the rest of Iowa, but with access to big-city amenities, the quality of life for residents is quite high.
