Directions: From Downtown Austin: Go North on I-35 and merge onto US-183 North. Take the Ohlen Rd / Peyton Gin Rd. exit onto Research Blvd and take a right on Northgate Blvd. Proceed past Rundberg Ln and Avalon Palms will be on your left. NOTE: You will pass Phase II of Avalon Palms on the right hand side first at Colony Creek but the office is located in Phase I down at Rundberg Ln inside the courtyard.
