Property Ratings at Lakeside Village Apartments
I have tried multiple times over the past few months to reach someone in the leasing office to schedule a tour as I am interesting in the place. However, I have never once been able to reach anyone. I am tempted to just show up to their office to ask in person. However, it might be a red flag that they are not reachable at all!
I have attempted numerous times to reach the leasing office both directly and via the Lumen website. No response whatsoever! The apartments look lovely on this site… too bad!
i moved here last year while the old management was still in charge. they were great. helpful, friendly and accessible. in June this year new management came on board. they are none of the above. the grounds don't look as nice as they did before they arrived. no one is ever in the office, no one answers the phone, don't think they have a maintenance staff in place. i had it all figured out, was going to renew my lease in a heart beat, now though.....i'm not so sure.
Such a great neighborhood to live in! Property is very well maintained. The stuff is so helpful and friendly! I made a great decision with signing a lease here
Have enjoyed my apartment for the last 2 years. Great office stuff always fast with repairs, great community areas. Clean and quiet place to live.
I have been living in these apartments for about four years now. The neighborhood is a safe and comfortable environment. All the neighboors are very sweet and respect your privacy as well.

I have very much enjoyed my two years in these apartments and in this community. One of, if not the best price for an apartment in the area. With a transparent, understanding management team and friendly, responsive maintenance, this community continues to grow. I genuinely have no complaints about the apartments. I have also enjoyed getting to know my fellow tenants, who I have grown very fond of due to their support and empathy.
