Beverlywood

Beverlywood is a comfortable, upper-middle-class neighborhood located directly south of Beverly Hills in Los Angeles. The residents here tend to be a bit older and more settled than in the rest of LA area, and many have lived in the neighborhood for years or even decades.

Much of Beverlywood is an incorporated community, and homeowners must join and pay dues to the homeowners association. In return, the neighborhood has access to private parks and enjoys a high standard of living with well-maintained streets and landscaping throughout the neighborhood.

The neighborhood has a quiet, wealthy vibe — not surprising given the number of retirees in the area and the high income of many of its residents. Those living here have easy access to the entire west side of Los Angeles, with its great shopping and entertainment options.
