The arched doorways and crown molding inside these apartments are just part of what gives them their Neo-Renaissance style. This classic, yet chic apartment comes with updated black or stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors in the living room, carpeting in the bedroom, and vinyl floors in the kitchen and bath. All of our apartments were recently renovated to include accented walls, new light fixtures, counters, and hardware. You will love the high ceilings and huge windows with great views! We offer 24-hr emergency maintenance, valet trash service, recycling, free tanning, and on-site laundry. Extra services include gated parking spaces for $25/month per spot and storage spaces for $20/month per room. Enjoy some time relaxing or barbecuing outside on our community terrace!
