Property Ratings at Flint River Apartments
My family and I have lived here for 5 years we are very pleased. The neighbors are very nice, friendly and quiet. Love the location of this place, grocery stores and restaurants are very close! Delores and maintenace are very friendly and attentive, I highly recommend flint river apartments.
I’ve rented all my life and this ranks in the top 3. Management and maintenance are very nice. I have good neighbors. They do monthly inspections. They also have monthly cook outs and dinners. It’s a small place with large apartments.
I have lived here three years. Delores is an amazing manager. They keep the community clean. It’s a NO smoking complex. Love it. Maintenance does a good job. The monthly socials are fun as you get to meet your neighbors. I highly recommend here. The interiors are nice and spacious. It’s in a wonderful location.
I’ve lived here for three years and I can say Delores is one of the best property managers at any community I have ever lived. They do regular inspections. It’s a no smoking community. The monthly socials are great. I highly recommend this place. The location is perfect. My utility averages $80 year round for a three bedroom.
We have a beautiful and safe apartment complex. We are so lucky to have Delores manage our facility. She does an outstanding job and she makes sure any maintenance requests are taken care of immediately. Her boss Tim visits the facility frequently, and he also takes action to make sure everything is running great. I am so happy living there, and I thank Delores, Tim and our Maintenance man David (previously Zach) for making this the best place to live. I give them 10 out of 10 stars!
Ms. Delores is an amazing property manager she is so sweet and kindhearted! The property is always clean and quiet! My neighbors are always kind and thoughtful.
I worked in this industry for almost 30 years. I used to manage 20 apartment communities and over 2000 apartments myself. This community is a wonderful and professionally managed property. Dolores is a phenomenal manager and Zach is a great maintenance supervisor. They make you feel at home. I love my apartment. Thanks for doing a great job. You both are truly appreciated.
My children and I love our new home. Flint River Apartments has everything we need PLUS more. It’s clean and peaceful. The office manager, Ms. Delores, is such an AMAZING woman to work with! You can tell the office really care for the community and environment. We’re going to be here for a while. ALL SMILES!

Flint River Apartment community is a lovely place to live. I would recommend this apartment community to anyone who is looking for a clean, peaceful, secure and pleasant way of life. The apartments are modern and spacious. The residents are courteous and respectful. The property grounds are kept clean and manicured. All amenities are close and convenient, from shopping to outdoor activities. On-site management is excellent. They show genuine concern for the welfare of the residents. They strive to create a better living and social environment by planning activities that all residents are invited to be a part of. They address all concerns and repairs, if any develop right away. Kindness is always given with a respectful and professional, yet stern demeanor. I'm so glad I chose Flint River Apartment community as my home to live. I couldn't be happier at this time in my life.
I absolutely love my apartment !! From the moment of my first tour, my first impression was " I'll take it " ! The space, the vaulted ceilings, the view, is breathtaking! The staff/management is so wonderful and I embrace the opportunity to get to know my neighbors! I have no doubt you will fall in love as I have !!!
