To edit/add photos on your property's (apartment community, condo, town house, duplex) ad, please contact us. If you wish to change the order in which your current pictures appear, please clarify the adjustment (i.e. change 2nd pool picture to 1st community picture) Note: the labels under each picture cannot be changed, therefore if the picture is a pool picture being moved to a community photo, it will say community (not pool). If you are providing new photo's please make sure they are in the correct format (640x480 pixels and a minimum of 72 dpi, owned by the property, and sent as a jpg or gif attachment). You can also send hard copy images to our address: 175 West Jackson, 8th Floor - Chicago, IL 60604 Attn: Support.

If you placed an ad in your local newspaper (Classified Listing):

In order to make changes to the classified listing on our site, you must contact the newspaper through which you placed the ad directly. Once you make the changes with the local newspaper and they send the ad changes to Apartments.com, the ad will reflect correctly online.
