| Q: I purchased an ad online, when will it be live? |
 |
A: If you placed your ad online with a credit card (Fill Your Vacancy Ad/Bronze):
It takes up to 2 business days for your ad to reflect on-line once purchased. Due to our quality assurance process, please allow an additional day for images to display on your ad.
If you have a Premiere Package (Platinum/Gold/Silver):
It takes approximately 20 business days after receiving all necessary information for a premium package ad to go live. Please feel free to contact us if your ad is not live after this time period and we will inform you of the status.

| Q: I cannot find my ad using the map. |
 |
A: To locate your ad online, check the box on each map that indicates the area where your ad is located. On the rent and amenity criteria page, enter a rent range that applies to your ad. Your ad should appear in the results. You might need to scroll through several pages of results to locate your ad. Note: Ads on apartments.com are mapped according to their zip code. If you cannot locate your ad, please confirm that the zip code entered is correct and that it belongs in the specified area (via US Postal service). If all your information is correct, please contact us via the form on this page and include the zip code and area your property should be located in. If you cannot locate your ad, please feel free to contact us via the form on this page and we will investigate further.
If you placed an ad in your local newspaper (Classified Listing):
To locate your classified listing online, check the box on each map that indicates the area where your ad is located and your classified listing should appear in the results after the premium ads. You can narrow your search results by selecting "classified listings." If you cannot locate your ad, contact the newspaper directly for further information. Note: Once your ad is removed from the newspaper, it will not reflect online.
If you have a Corporate Housing Ad:
To find your apartment community's Corporate Housing ad, from the apartments.com homepage, select "Corporate Housing" as your search option. You will then be required to enter the state and then the city/area. Your Corporate Housing ad should reflect within the results you receive. If you are unable to locate your ad among the results, please feel free to contact us via the form on this page and we will investigate further.

A: Your ad should reflect in the results after entering the correct information (city/state) in the search box. The city name you enter must be an exact match of the city name that displays in the address of your ad. If you are unable to locate your ad among the results, please feel free to contact us via the form on this page and we will investigate further.

A: Your ad should reflect in the results after entering the correct information (ZIP Code) in the search box. The ZIP Code you enter must be an exact match of the ZIP Code that displays in the address of your ad.
