Q: I placed an ad online, how do I cancel/take my ad off Apartments.com?
A: If you placed your ad online with a credit card (Fill Your Vacancy Ad/Bronze):

To cancel/remove your Fill Your Vacancy/Bronze ad from our site, simply go to the Bronze home page and enter your email address. You can cancel your ad from that page and it will be removed from Apartments.com. Please Note: Per our Terms and Conditions, there are no refunds or partial refunds/credits given when an ad is removed before expiration.


If you placed an ad in your local newspaper (Classified Listing):

If you placed an ad with your local newspaper (one that is partnered with Apartments.com) and you want it removed from the Apartments.com Web site, you must contact the newspaper directly and ask that they remove it from the paper. Once removed, it will not reflect online.

If you are interested in having your classified listing appear online again, you must renew your listing with the local newspaper and it will reflect online with us. Or you can place an ad online with Apartments.com directly.
Q: How do I cancel my apartment community ad?
A: If you have a Premiere Package (Platinum/Gold/Silver):

To cancel your Premium Package, please send a 30-day notice to Apartments.com requesting to do so. Upon receipt of this notification, you may be contacted by our sales department for further details. Pending completion of contract, your request will be handled accordingly. Note: If you placed your ad through an affiliate newspaper (ex: Chicago Tribune), your cancellation request should be sent directly to them. If you do not have their contact information, please contact Apartments.com via the form on this page.

Q: How do I get my cancelled ad back online?
A: If you placed your ad online with a credit card (Fill Your Vacancy Ad/Bronze):

If your ad was removed from the site (cancelled), depending on the expiration date, you may either contact us via the form on this page to have us put the ad back online or if the expiration date has passed you could go to the Bronze home page and enter your email address. You can renew/edit your ad from that page.


If you have a Premiere Package (Platinum/Gold/Silver):

If your Premium Package was cancelled incorrectly, please contact Apartments.com via the form on this page and your sales representative will contact you about being reinstated.
