| Q: I just bought an online ad, how can I be sure that my order was taken? |
| A. | If you have successfully purchased an online ad from Apartments.com, the last web page (Thank You page) in the order submission process will display your Ad Identification Number. This Ad ID will serve as your verification that Apartments.com has processed your order and your ad will appear online shortly. Make sure you save you Ad ID. You will need it in any correspondence with Apartments.com regarding your online ad. |

| A. | An Ad ID is short for Ad Identification Number. You receive your Ad ID after Apartments.com has successfully processed your order for an online advertisement. The Ad Id appears on the last web page (Thank You page) in the order submission process and is a numeric number such as 09027123456789. |

| A. | Go to the Fill Your Vacancy page on Apartments.com. By entering your e-mail address in the Edit/Renew Your Existing Ad section on this page, you gain access to make changes to your live ad. You can edit rents, contact information and amenities. If you need to make other changes, please email your requests to rentbyowner@apartments.com and be sure to include your Ad ID Number. |

| Q: How do I find my ad on Apartments.com? |
| A. | To view your ad simply perform a search on Apartments.com for the community and rent range that fits your property. Your search result set will contain your property's ad. It may not appear on the first page of properties, and you will have to scroll through all properties matching your search criteria by clicking on the "Next 10" button located at the bottom of the page. Another option is to use the Quick Search feature at the bottom of the Apartments.com homepage. Type in the City and State that you listed your property under. Again, scroll through the ads till you come upon yours. |

| Q: How do I include a photo with my ad? |
| A. | You may include up to 6 photos with your ad at no additional cost. During the online ad creation process, the instructions will prompt you on how to attach your photos to the ad. If for any reason, the system is unable to accept your photos, you may attach them to an e-mail addressed to rentbyowner@apartments.com. Please include the Ad ID Number that appears on screen at the end of the ad creation process. It serves as a reference whenever you correspond with Apartments.com regarding your online ad. |

| Q: Why would my photo(s) be rejected? |

Please Note: In order to comply with U.S. federal housing guidelines, Apartments.com must reject photos if they contain any of the following: people, alcohol or tobacco products, religious or holiday items, branded items (such as Mickey Mouse, Coca-Cola, etc.), or if the photos were copyrighted by someone other than yourself. Please check your photos for these issues before you upload them. Submitting a photo in violation of these standards will delay the processing of your advertisement. |
