Excellent place to live!
My boyfriend and I had an excellent experience with Emerald Point Apartments. This was our first apartment to look into and we were thoroughly impressed. They were very helpful, kind, and the apartments shown to us as well as the community were very well kept. They helped us very much, they gave us options, and really listened to us. I really recommend this to anyone who is searching for apartments.
Roaches, bad maintenance, horrible buildings, and horrible customer service.
These people are rude, if you have a major problem with your apt....such as mold.....they will HOLD YOU RESPONSIBLE....no matter what you say. If in any way you seek to move out early and or your having issues with your apt......they will blame you......and they WILL NOT compensate for any of your personal damages associating with their pre existing conditions....(covered up and polished of course before you move in) Run. Dont make the same mistake I did. I regret it every day.
Never ever rent here! I fount TWO MICE IN THE KITCHEN AND ALL THEY SAY AT THE OFFICE IS 'I'M SORRY' Numerous water and power outages!!! I pay 1000$ dollars a month for this so called 'nice' apartment!! Neveeerrr!!!!!
Stay away from this property! Office Staff is a BIG joke! Highest regrets to have moved to this place, only convenience is at the beach and by the interstate! Fitness center is a JOKE!
Just say no
Staff is terrible. Very rude and unhelpful. From the office to the horrible maintenance staff, I've yet to have a good experience. When we first moved in there were holes in the walls, no shower heads, leaky roof, among several other problems, first day!!! Trying to get ahold of anyone to fix it is difficult and you may as well fix it yourself. Their so called ameneties arent what they say they are. Pools are nasty, the park always has spray paint on it so the kids cant even play there and their security is a joke. Maintenance staff is rude from the top person to the bottom. They are disgusting and argue with you about their repairs, if they even show up at all! Then they lie and say they were there just so they can get paid and try to make you look bad. If your looking for cheap rent with no expectations and can deal with rude unhelpful staffing, this is your place.
Eh. Could be better.
Our dryer was broken and when maintenance came to fix it they also broke the washer so we had to wait to get new ones. The our towel rack broke off of the wall, and had to wait for maintenance to even come fix, then when they finally did they took the easiest route to fix it. I would totally pay more to live somewhere better.
Spared little expense on kitchen upgrades, gas water-heater and more importantly stove! Two bed town houses have decent sized rooms. Complex offers the most extensive selection of different type of homes though, ie. apartments with and without shared entrances, and town houses.
Get what you pay for
For under $900 in the Laskin/Hilltop Area, it is a great spend. It is also a great starter apartment. The floorplan is setup kinda funky with a sliding glass door to your patio off of your bedroom. But it is livable. The office staff has been great with any needs and maintenance is same day and efficient.
horrible first experience
Can not wait to get out of my lease. This place is horrible. Staff is only a sales staff, not a customer service staff. Only here to get you moved in but once you're in, you are on your own.
Emerald point apartments review
This apartment complex is great for someone who wants to live close to the ocean without paying beachside prices. Also it is located near hilltop shopping center, a rather nice place to get your grocery shopping done. Two 8ft swimming pools with life guards and a gym facility included. My sons mother and I will be renewing our lease!
The best all around appt for the money
Has stove Two tone kitchen Full size fridge Balcony 1 1/2 bath two bed room two floors huge living room Massive closest and alternate storage space, linen closet Shower could be bigger but I'm 6 foot 300lbs so maybe that's just me, love this place.....all that for a little over a grand a month all said and done.
oldie but goodies
I have lived here almost 3 years now and overall I like them. Maintance handles issues promptly . I have never had a pest problem. Love the fact that there are two pools and a fitness center, park and tennis courts. There are activities for all residents just last week we had a kickball tournament with the office . They are old apartments but I like them.
Its a awesome place to live very safe and quiet 2 pools and tennis courts and a fitness center when you need something done maint. is right there you can walk around at night feeling safe the rental office is on point with everything love this place
