I’ve lived here since may and i love it here! The pool is very nice, the gym is awesome, the people at the office are super nice. The neighborhood im in is very quiet. The townhomes are overall very nice for what you’re paying for.

This place is a complete money pit, and it shows with how management treats their tenants. On top of our rent, they're charging us $30/month for use of the carpet, which is extremely strange, and several monthly charges were added to the rent that wasn't disclosed at the time of application. We also got charged an extra $11 for their company's rental insurance even though we had proof of rental insurance through our insurance company at the time of move in. There were also several things wrong with the apartment including the lack of cleaning (mold in the fridge as well as behind the toilets). The thermostat didn't go above 62 deg (in January). Luckily that got fixed but we have yet to have the dryer vent unclogged despite putting several work orders in. The structure itself is also not well insulated. The windows allow a lot of outside air in and nobody can be in their rooms with their door closed without it getting very chilly in that room. I am on a lower level, and the metal joists actually creak when my upstairs neighbor walks on his floor (he's not a big guy nor is he very heavy-footed). I've also talked to many of my neighbors who share similar stories to mine. All in all, this is not a good place to live at all. We can at least modify the apartment be to be somewhat comfortable, but the management are scum. They've given us hell from day one (as soon as they had our money) for no good reason. It's sad when you must prepare for legal action against your landlord in the first month of living here. And the rent prices are most definitely not worth what you get! Summing up... Stay away! You've been warned.

The best thing about this process is there was no misguiding language or attitude. It was straightforward and very simple. Very responsive, very professional, very nice. 10/10. I know that everyone says management is rude but they are rude on another level. They will tell you to your face that they can fulfill your request but don't want to because it's too much work. In a nutshell: the ventilation system is extremely dirty, moldy, and rusted, the carpet is extremely dirty, and they have nests of bugs in the walls.
My experience here was TERRIBLE. During my tour I told them I didn’t want to live in a unit that had previously been rented by a smoker. I was told that wouldn’t be a problem. When I got there it smelled a little like smoke but I was told it was the smell of the new carpet glue. This became an apparent lie when the smell only grew stronger, I couldn’t be in the apartment for more than 45 minutes before getting a headache. Due to circumstances beyond my control, my roommate had to leave before the end of the lease. I was told I would be able to downsize if the rent/bills became too much for me. When I approached them about moving they told me I couldn’t move to a unit that had cheaper rent than what I was currently paying. Thanks for nothing. I ended up paying the outrageous $2000 lease-breaking fee and then had to pay for 2 more months of rent/bills. I had a few problems with maintenance and management. Maintenance came into my townhome without previous notice and locked me out. I called the 24/7 emergency hotline (August 2019) and to this day (February 2020) they have yet to get back to me. When I called management and told them the issue the person I spoke to was very nonchalant about the fact that I was locked out at 12:45 AM and never had maintenance solve the issue. I also put in two maintenance requests (broken window, broken window screens, outlets that didn’t work) that were marked completed but they were never fixed.
Haven’t moved in yet due to being out of state and still in the military but the experience so far has been incomparable to what we have been dealing with. The employees are very professional and polite and are understanding. We have been trying to find a home for a few months and have dealt with very unprofessional and straight up rude people but I can tell that Centerville Park is the complete opposite! From seeing the reviews and pictures and having family members drive around I can tell that I will be happy calling this community my home! Would definitely recommend and will try and make this my home for as long as possible!
My daughter recently moved in and she has loved it. There is no better feeling than knowing your kids are happy on their own. She has nothing but amazing things to say about the ladies in the office and she loves her apartment completely, as well as the amenities! Thank you Centerville Park for making my little girl happy!
I haven’t been to the actual property because I live out of town but when I spoke to brielle on the phone about leasing an apartment there she was so sweet she Gave me all of the info I would need sent me all of the floor plans, and broke down all of the costs to make sure I knew exactly what I was paying for! I can’t wait to come tour this community
I have visited centerville a lot because my friends live there and I have to say it is a really beautiful community it is so large and has so many amenities I wanted to break my lease and move in there haha! My friend lives in a 2 bed town home and it is beautiful inside it is updated and has such a home like feeling. I will definitely be coming there once my lease is up
I love my community. We have the best amenities. My favorite is the 24hr gym and sauna you can find me there every night. I love living here.
This place is incredible. Best Management, best look , best price. They have a pool, playground , dog park and laundry. Move in now.
We have lived at Centerville Park Apartments for three months and it was a good choice for both me and my boyfriend moving here we are close to everthing we like to do and the management is nice and professional the grounds are great i give them 5 stars
My wife works here and i have been impressed since day one. The apartments are updated the grounds and buildings are attractive and they offer a huge pool and gym yo their residents.
I have been interested in these apartments and decided to take a tour recently. I have to say, I was very impressed with how well kept the property is. The staff is very helpful and kind and the apartments are beautiful! I would definitely recommend!
I've lived here for about 6 months and love it! The amenities are great (Beach Volleyball, Tennis court, pool, Gym)and the staff is friendly and helpful. Maintenance is always done in a timely manner and with good quality. Landscaping is kept neat and maintained weekly. Litter pickup is also regular and the grounds always look great! I am very surprised by the quality of living I have here and would highly recommend!
I’ve been living here for about two years now. The place itself is nice, I really like the tower homes. Has a dog park and a pool. It’s close to the mall which is nice it’s also close to several night-life locations and plenty of restaurants nearby, it’s pretty much 5 minutes from everything.
Today I came in for a tour and was treated like a king. Love the girls in the office and love the Apartments. At this point this is my number one pick.

My dad moved to Centerville this winter and it has been the best place ever. I love how helpful the staff has been with everything and how great the apartment is. This summer he will have a pool a work out center and a place to take his dog. You should move to Centerville Park if your looking.
My mom works here so I end up visiting a few times each month. It is so pretty here. They have a pool and dog park which are my fav things about it. If i was old enough i would love for this to be my first apartment
My friend works here and I decided to pop in to say hey and couldn’t believe how beautiful this apartment community is. Each and everyone of the staff I met were very easy going and friendly all around. The groundkeep is kept so nicely and I would highly recommend this place for any family or persons to live!
I was recommended to look at these apartments because of there location and I was pleasantly surprised by all the amenities offered. All the current tenants were very friendly and the staff went above and beyond to make me feel like this would be a great fit for me. The grounds were beautiful! It certaintly seems this may just be my future home!
A good friend of mine works here so she invited me to come visit. I had no idea how beautiful the grounds were and how friendly everyone was. Not just the staff but also the tenants. It was a true community that i was in awe of. Its definitelya place that i would feel privileged for my family to live. The apartment manager gave me a tour of the grounds and sold me on the location. Unfortunately it is slightly out of my Price range but it is an option still in my mind. We feel in love!
The apartments are so updated I loved being able to see myself in an actual apartment! I can’t wait to get my keys and start a new journey

I recently toured at Centerville park and was so impressed with the staff. As soon as I walked through the door they greeted me with a huge smile on their faces. They informed me on all of the floor plans for the type of apartment I was looking for and showed me 3 different styles! I will recommend to anyone.
I have looked all over for a great community that is pet friendly. I finally found it when I moved here. I love that they have a "bark park". Me and my puppy love living here.
I love living here! I searched for EVER for the perfect apartment for me! I finally found one here! I love the BRAND NEW updated appliances in my apartment. I also love the staff and the community as a full! They do so much for their residents here and make sure you're always happy! The pool is beautiful and the gym is super convenient for someone like me who's always at work and doesn't always feel like going 20 mins away from home to a gym... the gym is right here!!
Centerville Park is the best of West Carrollton. You feel like home living here. My kids have a great play area and they love the pool. Very nice place.
Whats not to love. A great apartment, friendly staff, pet friendly and an awesome pool. I have no reason to ever move.
They are on prompt, the workers are super kind and patient. The location is SUPER CONVENIENT.
They offer multiple amenities on the community fitness center, volleyball court, tennis court , bark park and even a sauna. They are very involved in there residents and have hosted many events for my children. Recently we just had pancakes with Santa!
Centerville park offers a spacious gym with tons of equipment for there residents, the best part about the gym is its 24 hours and has a sauna :)

Since I have moved into Bloomfield Apartments, I have had the pleasure of meeting some amazing members of management of staff who go beyond the call of duty. From helping me move my items in to putting my bed together, they are always willing to help. When I have found myself in a tight spot, management has been helpful.
