After nine months of offering Live Chat to our advertisers, we found that those who were online (signed into chat) at least 30% of the time that renters visited their listing on Apartments.com, saw an increase of 17% in their conversations with renters. Makes sense, right? What better way to reward them than with a new iPad 2! During the month of March, we held a drawing for those advertisers who had activated Live Chat by February 1st, and were available at least 30% of the time renters visited their listing on Apartments.com. Three winners were chosen at random to receive a new iPad 2!
