A seasoned veteran in the apartment industry, Rick has been a part of the Apartments.com team for over a decade. As a sales director, Rick is responsible for cultivating and fostering relationships with property management companies and training and directing the Apartments.com internal sales force serving the west region of the country. Rick’s commitment to Apartments.com and drive to succeed is evidenced by his strong work ethic and impressive background. Starting out as an Account Executive, Rick swiftly moved up the ranks to a Regional Sales Manager and then to a Director. Rick has been overseeing sales operations for the east since 2004 and is facing his big move to the west with enthusiasm. Rick’s background and expertise will prove him an invaluable asset to our two newest directors and his team.

Mary has made a name for herself in the multifamily industry for the past 17 years. After joining the Apartments.com team, she quickly stood out as a leader when she was awarded Sales Person of the Year in 2004. Starting as an Account Executive, Mary has worked hard and perfected her skills as she moved up in the company to Regional Sales Manager and now Director of Sales for the east region. Mary’s passion for what she does and knowledge of the industry makes her an asset to all of the customers in her region. We could not be happier to have someone with such a strong background in the multifamily industry as part of the Apartments.com family.

A true industry expert, Brian has been working in multifamily for over a decade. He joined the Apartments.com team as a Regional Sales Manager, and proved his leadership ability while overseeing 11 national accounts. Brian’s successes can be seen in his relationships with customers and employees, but also in the numbers. As a three-time President’s Club honoree, the Apartments.com top performing sales team award, he has grown his customer count in many markets by an average of 122%. Not only has Brian proven to be a great team member, but a fantastic leader, which made him a standout candidate for the director level position. We are very happy to have Brian spearheading the south region and excited to see the growth his team will achieve.
