Understanding the Feed

Using the product feed to integrate Apartments.com listings can help increase your program’s performance, but publishers must understand the feed before using it. If you are interested in obtaining the Apartments.com Product Feed through Commission Junction, please read the following details:

• Any publisher found misusing data from the feed (i.e. listing incorrect rent ranges) will be removed from the Apartments.com Affiliate Program as quickly as possible
• Commission Junction does not require a setup fee for publishers
• The product feed is available in XML and CSV formats
• All feed integration coding must be done on the publisher side
• Publishers must include each property’s full rent range when using the feed

Requesting Access to the Product Feed

All publishers must request access to the Product Feed and be approved by the Apartments.com Affiliate Team before contacting Commission Junction. Email us to request access to the feed. The product feed must then be requested from Commission Junction through the Contact Us tab. To do so, follow these steps:

• Select Ask a Question
• Set the subject as Data Feed Request
• Set the category as Data Transfer
• Set the sub-category as Data Transfer Requests
• Enter a short message requesting the Apartments.com Data Feed
