Ridiculous exorbitant rent for shabbily built buildings with mediocre finishes, unexciting floor plans, poorly designed amenities, and poor service from the staff. The location is great if you work in Tosa, but you can get so much more for the same money on the East side and be in the middle of all the action. Absolutely not worth the money. April 23, 2013
