Rated 5 out of 5?by Love our new home! These apartments definitely gave us the best bang for our buck in the Platteville area. We had viewed other area apartments and were not as impressed with what they had to offer. Bedrooms/Baths are spacious as well as the private garage. We also love the convenience of having on-site managers available whenever we need them. Right from our first contact, Carl and Becca were very professional and welcoming and made this place feel more like a home rather than an apartment unit. April 28, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5?by Brand new, first place, in love I lived in the second building that was built. We were the first people to live in the upper unit. I loved having my own door access, and vaulted ceilings, open floor concept, and my own washer and dryer. The 1 br does fit a king size bed, large bed frame, and two bedside tables. Large walk in closet with washer and dryer. The Manager Josh S. was always there when I needed him. It was nice to have someone on site when I had a concern. He was always very nice, respectful, and always looked professional. Overall, this is the best complex in the city! December 5, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5?by Very nice set up for apartment complexes I made an appointment with the overseer. I viewed 3 apartments. The were all in great condition. Josh answered all my questions that I had about the apartments and the policies of the complex. I have asked several people that are living or have lived at the complex and they all have good reviews and no problems with recommending it to me. If I could recommend one thing would be more outside lighting for the walk and parking area. November 7, 2012
