Rated 5 out of 5?by Amojo Excellent Value: lived here 3+ years I have rented here for over three years and found Carriage Way to be a great place to live. The parking, heat, water, basic cable/internet are all included, which allow for significant savings. In addition, the office staff is extremely friendly and responsive to any needs that arise. This high level of service is also seen in the maintenance service, which is equally friendly and helpful. I have and will continue to recommend it to family and friends looking for a place to live. Rated 5 out of 5?by nbbabe23 Very Happy! Lived here 5 years!!! I have lived here for five years and I am very happy with everything that Carriage Way has to offer. Everything is included in rent (heat, water,internet and cable), the management and office staff are very friendly and helpful, the maintenance is very good and reliable and it is nearby the mall and shopping centers and the freeway which is convenient. I enjoy living here and do not plan to move for a very long time. I have actually recommended many friends here who are still tenants here and are pleased as well! November 27, 2012
