Rated 1 out of 5?by Very noisy, wild children The staff is very friendly and things get repaired in a timely manner. The problem is the kids. People let their children run wild and management can't seem to get it under control. They throw rocks and iceballs at windows, scream bloody murder and bang on the slide and playground equipment at 9 o'clock at night. They leave garbage all over the place, dirty dishes, candy wrappers, pizza crusts, you name it. I've also seen toddler age children on the playground completely unsupervised. They pick up lawn decorations and carry them off, chairs, plants, anything that isn't nailed down. The older kids ding-dong ditch, block up the road and don't move for traffic, light off fireworks right next to the buildings, run screaming up and down the street at 11:30 at night on weeknights. No rules were ever put in place to fix this. The park should close at a certain time of day, and children under a certain age should not be allowed to roam unsupervised. A curfew should be put in place for anyone under 16. Putting these simple rules into place and actually enforcing them would make this a great place to live. January 19, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5?by Excellent - if you have younger kids. This place is a wonderful place to live if you have younger kids and don't mind parents who don't make their kids listen. I love kids , however I do not like kids that mis-behave and nothing is done. I have my own kids. Get a unit as far away as you can from the playground if you do not have any children. The amenities are the only bonuses here as the staff is slow to respond to your needs and if there is a time limit on something, then its your fault not theirs. Just make sure you document everything that may or may not happen in the apartment, like falls etc. Staff is hard to reach unless you fill out a maintenance report online. Also make sure you are going to be able to afford the unit if you are in a lower income unit as if you get a better job your rent will go up but if your income goes down again, your stuck paying that higher rent. Quality of the unit is amazingly poor. Overall I would live here again if the rent was lower, the prices are too high for what you are not getting that you're supposed to. December 20, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5?by Great Place to LIVE! I moved in recently and am enjoying the beautiful unit and well maintained grounds. The property manager and maintenance guy are easy to reach and very helpful & friendly. Very easy access to Hwy 41 and downtown Neenah. The family oriented area brings diversity, we enjoy our neighbors and their pets very much, and the amenities here are a real plus! We are very happy and plan to stay for awhile. March 29, 2013
