Rated 4 out of 5?by RobP Great place to live in the Historic Third Ward I found this very spacious 1-bedroom/1.5-bathroom with many upscale features and finishes just two blocks from my new office in this fabulous artsy warehouse district. Woodgrain cabinets and floors, granite counters, stainless appliances, separate storage and underground parking are all here. I looked at other apartments in the neighborhood, but none compared with this one in this price range. Besides having the shortest commute of my life, it's easy walking distance form loads of shops, restaurants, bars, galleries, etc. The nearest supermarket is one mile north, and you have to drive a ways out to find certain other conveniences. Hightly recommend to anyone looking for a truly urban living experience in Milwaukee. November 29, 2012

Jackson Square Apartments is the newest apartment development in the Historic Third Ward. This spectacular 81-unit building designed by Epstein-Uhen Architects is located on the eastern edge of the ward and offers a mix of one and two bedroom units as well as townhouse configurations. Units feature huge picture windows and balconies. There is a heated and secured parking garage which allows parking for each resident.
