Rated 5 out of 5?by It's all about the apartments. I don't spend my time using building amenities, which is fine b/c the property was pretty sparse on them. A couple fitness rooms, a party room and a courtyard are all they had. Retail space on the street also had yet to be filled. However, the apartments are amazing (that's where I spent all of my time anyway) and the location is THE BEST (grocery store just on other side of the block!). High-end finishes, a sweet city view, and a responsive resident manager if I needed any maintenance or a favor. I recommend this to all my friends still living in Milwaukee (who don't need a pool).
