Rated 1 out of 5?by SmS14 Poor management We have lived here for over a year and we cannot wait to move once our lease is up! The manager is extremely rude and makes up rules of her own every other week, that are mainly aimed at tenants with children. I would highly recommend to not live here especially if you have children. Northern Pines Management needs to hire a new manager or offer the current one a class on how to properly manage. Rated 5 out of 5?by Daniel1981 Quiet neighborhood I lived here for 1 year when I moved back from California. The staff was always friendly and any time I had a problem it was taken care of within a couple days. My apartment was a decent size and facing a huge courtyard. They allowed my 2 cats which was nice too since I had a hard time finding somewhere that would accept them. It was close to the highway but I could never hear it. Great place to live while transitioning to a new environment. March 22, 2013

Rated 3 out of 5?by happy54981 what the heck happened? i have lived here 2 years, up until the new manager took over it was fantastic. love the apartments, loved the maintenance crew. until they fired the best one. they have rules of their own weather or not it's against the law or not. since the new manager took over, it's been not good at all. and the owner he's just as bad. if you want to live here, the apartments are fantastic just don't deal with manager if you can help it. she's unfriendly, stiff and egotistical. I would recommend another place unless you are really hard up. March 15, 2013

Rated 3 out of 5?by hermana Great square footage Beautiful upstairs apts. Sky lights are amazing. Very spacious. One downside if you choose upstairs apt is that utilites are higher than quoted. Price has gone up since I lived there. It used to be the best bang for your buck, but now not so much. Still a very nice place to live. February 22, 2013
