Rated 5 out of 5?by Cameo Cedar Green is EXCELLENT! I adore my new cozy 2/br apartment here. Rents are an outstanding value and Spokane City utilities are paid for. The new energy-efficient balcony slider and windows keep Avista bills SUPER low plus they soundproof the apartment from outside noise as well as flood the rooms with natural light. My unit was freshly painted and sparkling clean when I moved in. I never dreamed I?d find a 2/br for this price that had a pool, an all-hours club house featuring a deck, lounge, laundry room, restroom/shower, free Wifi and a SAUNA! Cool! Our onsite manager, Amanda, is very nice, available and accommodating while Van, our maintenance guy, keeps the whole complex in tip-top shape! The grounds are beautifully landscaped and well lit at night, including the parking lot. And the whole complex is so QUIET! No rowdy neighbors or wild parties. Then again, I may not have heard them if there were any. That?s how well built these buildings are. In fact, it's SO quiet that the chime from my speller checker starled me! LOL! One of the requirements my son insisted on when helping me look for an apartment was for me to be SAFE. I?ve never felt safer! I love this place so much that I actually replicated a scaled down version of it in a popular video game. So cute! HAPPY HOLIDAYS! December 2, 2012
