Well, I could tell you about how you pay ridiculously high deposits (both refundable and non-refundable) and you also pay similarly high refundable and non-refundable pet deposits as well. Or I could tell you about how my pet and I were forced out the apartment for an entire day with the minimum 24 hour notice so they could spray for.... well I don't know what because they wouldn't tell us, but we had to cover all our furniture and put away all our food... Or I could tell you about how the maintenance staff near the end of my stay singled me out because I worked from home. Or I could tell you about the gate that rarely works and the lack of security measures. Or I could tell you about how the office is NEVER open when packages are delivered so I have never spent more time in the Post Office or the FedEx Office in my life. Or I could tell you about how when I was moving out I worked for days to make sure it was spotless and the manager went through and said "You did a great job cleaning this place! I'm going to go through it again because I have to write SOMETHING down." And guess what? He found some extremely trivial items and I was charged for a FULL clean of my spotless apartment. But I will let you make your own mind up. It's a nice space, there is a lot of room if you get a one bedroom- don't bother with a studio it's tiny! But how I was treated when I was there was unacceptable to me. You only get full views if you are on the top level so be cautious if you're expecting a view. I don't suggest the bottom level because if it rains a lot, you'll be flooded in. January 21, 2013
