Rated 2 out of 5?by Beware of Move Out expenses Newport Crossing is horrible when it comes to move out costs. I recommend not even bothering to clean your apt. as they will charge you for cleaning anyway...as they did in my case. My daughter and I spent days cleaning my apt and they are attempting to charge me $130. Also, they are trying to charge me $1000. for carpet that was NOT new when I moved in. I lived there for 21 months and the carpet was stained when I moved in. I would not recommend this place to anyone I care about. March 18, 2013
