Rated 1 out of 5?by Stay away If you are particular about noise level, this place has no sound proof whatsoever. And you will receive notice for even walking and cooking. If you have kids forget it. You will experience a terrible time. My family was yelled using "F" words and talk about humiliation/harassment. Just amenities aren't enough for living, you need peace and happy living with kids.
