Been living at Grafton for about 5 months now. The staff have been so very nice and accomodating to me and my family. They go out of their way to help. I understand that in any apartment community, you hear noise, but that is apartment living. Whe I lived in a house before moving to Grafton, the neighbors next door were louder than in apartments. This is really a great place! They do make sure the rules are followed and they definitely want your rent paid on time. We are very happy here and would recommend Grafton Station to anyone looking to move.

looks nice from the outside... they fuss over ANYTHING on the balcony but they don't take care of the units on the inside...if you ride through it looks great but don't be fooled.

Right now I'm in the process of being approved for an apartment at Grafton Station and I must say I'm very excited. For the location and features that are included for that price, it's a pretty impressive deal! All of the staff is super friendly, funny, and helpful and they bake fresh cookies in the clubhouse every morning alongside the complimentary Keurig...yay! I'm really enjoying it there already...

There are cockroaches and even if they spray every friday they dont go away! Neighbors are horrible and it sems like noone enjoys living here. When you make a noise complant the main office does nothing and tell you to call the nonemergancy police. If you are not on the top floor you can hear the people above you and you can tell where they are in there apartment because you can hear every step, you can also hear the people above you while they are in their bathroom peeing. I can hear the people peeing above me while im eating and watching Tv, its gross! Also if you have a dog you have to be careful because people walk there dogs with out leashes all the time my dog has been charged 3 times within a week and noone cleans up after there dog so watch your step. I can't wait until me and my family are out of here.
