Rated 5 out of 5?by tmitchel Great Thus Far
There is not many to complain of this community. While the property is still under construction many residents have already moved and settled. So far this community is great. The staff (both maintenance and leasing) are great to work with and very helpful. I hope that continues to be as the time goes by. The grounds are well kept and is very well lit at night providing safety as far as night activity. In general no place is completely safe which why I believe ADT is available should you want it. I also agree the one trash is a minor inconvenience until the property is fully finish with construction. Im within law enforcement so the u-turns are unnecessary when if south bound to enter you can go to the next light and make a left turn which would bring you to the second entrance of the community also at this light you have option of north or south travel safely instead of taking chances making u-turns on rte 1 which is very dangerous indeed. Overall for a new community again due to my line of work I have seen much worse for the price you pay here. No place is perfect but this community offers a lot to make your stay (however long) enjoyable and secure, Great thus far.

Rated 5 out of 5?by KMerica 2 months and no problems!
I am currently renting a one bedroom and I moved in the beginning of April. The apartments are brand new and offer upgrades that aren't available at other properties in the area. The gym and pool are awesome! The grounds are very well kept and maintained. As far as my interactions with staff, I have nothing but wonderful things to say. Issues and questions are addressed immediately. My neighbors are great, very friendly. The only negative thing I can really say is you may occasionally hear a door slam, people talking in the hallway, or perhaps a dog barking but I see this a typical, this will happen every where. Overall, I am very satisfied and pleased with my experience so far.

Rated 5 out of 5?by dhowell Living Nice
I can attest to some of the things the perosn said below the locks are kind of weak which is why you can get a security system I like living here and it has be great thus far. being that the complex is still under consturction yes there is one trash can but more will be alvailable as they finish just a few trade offs for moving into a complex not completely finished. I have not seen the elevator broken so that has not been an issue if you are worried about your safety then buy a gun no place will ever be completely what you want tit o be unless you buy a home. So you get what you pay for. $1200 for a good size apartment home sound great to me. the leasing staff has been nothing but great thus far an hope that they continue the good work.

Rated 2 out of 5?by Regret Why I Don't Recommend Renting Here
Bottom line up front: I DO NOT recommend renting here.
To be fair, I'll list the good aspects of this apartment complex before the bad.
GOOD: Brand new buildings, just finished being built. Nice fitness center and pool. Grounds are well kept and clean, even with a lot of construction going on, and there is good lighting. Maintenance staff are friendly and efficient. Near to shopping centers. Pet friendly. Plenty of parking. In-unit washer/dryer. Huge, spacious balconies.
BAD: So many things!! Where to begin... There is no direct access to this complex if you're headed southbound on Route 1, and this complex is located right off of Route 1 so you have no alternative. To get here heading southbound, you have to make a U-turn at the nearest light. And to leave here and head southbound, you are blocked from turning left and have to turn right and then make a very dangerous U-turn on a major highway (or drive way down to the next light and make a U-turn there, which is safer but more inconvenient). It adds time and stress every time I leave the complex, and unnecessarily so (all they need to do is remove that barricade--why don't they??). Similarly inconvenient, there is only ONE dumpster for the ENTIRE grounds, serving multiple multi-story buildings. I drive my trash over to the dumpster because it's so far from my building. The same is true of the mail boxes, located only in one place, and nowhere near my building. A seemingly good thing with my building, it has an elevator, but that elevator broke down with the building being only two months old, so I don't have a lot of confidence in its structural integrity. Also, there are long, narrow hallways on each floor of the building that are patently unsafe, and there is only one weak lock on the apartment's door, also not ensuring safety. The neighborhood itself doesn't seem too shady so far, but you never know, and I don't like that kind of careless vulnerability. Garages are available as well, which is a good thing in general, but their doors are so narrow that it's a dangerously tight squeeze to get your car in one. Perhaps the worst aspect of this apartment complex, however, is the unbelievably flaky leasing staff, who keep unforgivably poor records of applications and expenses and have tried to over-bill me twice already (by over $1,800 combined now) and I've only lived here a month. Noise is also a major issue, as the complex is located less than a block away from a very, very busy fire station; you hear sirens multiple times every night.
I wish I could get out of my lease early and move to a better place, but I don't have sufficient legal grounds for doing so. I wish there had been reviews about this place before I moved in, and I hope that this review helps prospective renters to really research what it's like to live here before committing to a long-term lease. Best of luck to all of you.
