Rated 5 out of 5?by Tony Best value in Williamsburg
My wife and I just moved out after two and a half years, but we would have gladly stayed if we still lived in the area. Williamsburg is not a cheap place to live, but these apartments are fine for the price. There is no question that the office and maintenance staff are the best thing about this place. They are nice and quick to resolve any issues that may arise. The neighbors may not always be perfect, but even at the price there was never any fear for safety. If you have a budget under 1000, you shouldn't look anywhere else. We learned the area, and unless you have particular wants or needs that are not provided here, this will be the best place in town, even if a little removed from the commercial areas. The highway access is still good, so you shouldn't have any trouble with most commutes. Trash access is good - pool is good, I guess (I'm not a water guy) - and the laundry situation is usually pretty good, if you don't really need your own. There are a lot of kids, so the noise isn't perfect, but I assume that my proximity to the pool and playground had a large effect, and I usually didn't hear much from inside anyway. Great place to live, particularly for the price.
