It is pricey, but where else do you get super friendly office staff, door men at night, in house amenities like a pool and small workout / rec facility and location in the middle of Town Center? Covered parking and secure access (important when wife and kids are alone and you're TAD) round it out. Do be mindful of utilities. Our water bill was extraordinary, but believe that was due to running toilets and management gave us some relief after maintenance was performed. Oh yes, they allow pets and the result is a lot of friendly dog owners here. November 4, 2012
