He's active duty military so the location is GREAT! but everything else is HORRIBLE! it's old outdated cracks in walls, poor paint jobs, very thin walls, hot water heater is so small that if I take a shower for a decent amount of time I can't get enough hot water to even wash dishes smh.. The manager is RUDE and doesn't know how to talk to people. The price is right buuuuut that's it!! Basically you get what you pay for! The model looks nothing like the apartments they are renting!! Rated 1 out of 5?by FoolMeOnce Never Again! This is a starter home. As soon as we moved in our tub clogged and no amount of drano would help. We even bough a snake and it still was a no go. After about 3 days we decided to tell maintenance. It took them a total of 3 weeks to do a 5 minute job. After that the roof started to leak and brown spots started to appear on the ceiling, the hallway closet door came off its track, our towel rack fell down and a window wont lock. We have reported all this over 4 months ago and no one has come to fix it or give any explanation on why it hasn't been done. The management service is never in there office or never open on time. There sign says that they are open from 830 to 5 but actually opens at 10 and close at EXACTLY 5. They put up no notifications around the complex about there holiday hours except on the management door. The appliances are old. I refuse to use the dishwasher. It doesn't clean well and is very loud. The freezer opens when we open the refrigerator so we can't fill it up. The hot water heater is small, so shower in shifts. December 31, 2012
