Rated 1 out of 5?by 99problems Problems Galore Mariners Landing got a new name Auburn Pointe after a severe flood. The residents on the back side had to wade thru water up to their waist to get to awaiting buses to take them to the shelter. Since I have lived here I have had problems after problems. Roaches, rats, mold, and maintenance. They take forever to fix anything and won't replace nothing. They tell you not to spray for roaches because they have a contract with pest control. After they spray the roaches are worse. They tell you to put your own rat traps down and for the mold spray bleach or mildew remover on it. The rent has gone down since the new management but if you already lived here it don't apply to you. This community just keeps getting worse. If you like living under management that don't care about the residents just their $ then this is the place to be. I wont be renewing my lease and I know plenty of residents that wont be either. Rated 4 out of 5?by Sky New Name, Same place I have lived in my apartment for going on 6years. It is my home and love the space and layout. Every apartment complex has its problems, but everytime i have had one it has been fixed. The office staff has gone thru many people since I have lived here, but in general they do work to make sure your happy. We do have flooding here and there, but its not the worst and they work steadily at getting everything repaired. January 3, 2013
