Rated 1 out of 5?by Do not move to Vistas!! Bad customer service. It is extremely difficult to get a hold of anyone through email or phone. Te whole leasing process was an ordeal.Water goes cold after 10 mnts of showering. You get charged late fees when you make payments online even if you make them on time because it takes like 3 business days for processing on their stupid system. I do not recommend this place to live. I will not be extending my lease with them and will continue to give accurate referrals of my experience so that others do not have to go through such a bad customer experience. August 8, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5?by What could have been This place has potential to be good. The staff has ruined this place. They are rude and disrespeful. The maintenance staff is slow to fix things. The pool and "weight room" are a complete joke. Stay away if you can! July 21, 2014

The maintenance orders take several weeks - (I am not kidding) to attend to. I am not planning to renew my lease with such an unprofessional group July 15, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5?by Poor Rating Due to Office Staff The office staff almost never answers the phone or returns calls. There is not a point in leaving a message if you are a current resident. The only way to get anything done is to physically go into the office and find someone who can fix your individual situation. That in itself is another hassle considering the office staff are incompetent and more focused on putting you at ease than actually fixing the problem. Also, they will not notify you promptly of late fees. Considering maintenance, the workers they have are great, but they are terribly understaffed. Moreover, yardwork and appearance upkeep are a priority over resident maintenance issues. June 27, 2014
