Rated 2 out of 5?by Mel Stay Away Don't be fooled by the gates and the fake smiles. The appliances are completely outdated--when considering how much you are paying to live here. Staff used to be amazing, until they replaced every single employee. Every time I walk into the office there is a different person there. You pay a ridiculous amount of money to live at this complex & it is very attractive on the outside--unfortunately if something goes wrong, good luck! Apartment above us had their washer leak twice, still have yet to get them to come in and fix the nasty water damage on my ceiling. Gates to get into the community were malfunctioning for 2 weeks, gate hit my car & they refused to even sit down and speak with me about the incident. If you are going to be cheap and not pay a guard, don't have gates. I would rather not have a gate than deal with a $1500 bill whenever they malfunction. STAY AWAY. We are on our 2nd year because we loved it the year we moved in. They could not pay me to live here for another year. November 26, 2012
