Rated 4 out of 5?by Hardworker Don't dare be late on your rent!
I liked it there, but don't be late on your rent! There is a grace period up until the 5th like most complexes, but after the 5th you'll be hit with a $137 late fee! After the 12th you will be hit with a court summons and roughly $300 in fees so don't you dare have a rough month and think you're going to be 30 days late here or it's good bye!!! So cruel! Other than that I liked it there.

I work in a high stress industry and need a relaxing environment to really unwind. The walking trail (that my dog lives for) and fitness center at Falcon Creek has become my sanctuary. It saves me money on a gym membership and better yet saves me time driving to and from the gym. I am happy to live in a place that is convenient and designed with everything I need.

Rated 5 out of 5?by Stephanie82 Great place to live!
I moved to Falcon Creek the beginning of June and am very pleased with my decision so far. The apartments are beautiful, and their extra amenities are nice. Since I've been here, they have had a pool party with food and music, and a vendor blender. I really feel like I am part of a community, and have even made a couple new friends! I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a beautiful, relaxing community to call home.

Don't be fooled by the gates and the fake smiles. The appliances are completely outdated--when considering how much you are paying to live here. Staff used to be amazing, until they replaced every single employee. Every time I walk into the office there is a different person there. You pay a ridiculous amount of money to live at this complex & it is very attractive on the outside--unfortunately if something goes wrong, good luck! Apartment above us had their washer leak twice, still have yet to get them to come in and fix the nasty water damage on my ceiling. Gates to get into the community were malfunctioning for 2 weeks, gate hit my car & they refused to even sit down and speak with me about the incident. If you are going to be cheap and not pay a guard, don't have gates. I would rather not have a gate than deal with a $1500 bill whenever they malfunction. STAY AWAY. We are on our 2nd year because we loved it the year we moved in. They could not pay me to live here for another year.
