Rated 4 out of 5?by rlaxed1 Noise is not an issue here, Very Good Community! I have previously lived at Townsend Square and have to say, I've never heard any noise from Route 1 other than sirens. The apartments are no smaller than others I've looked at and larger bedrooms than most! The staff is always courteous and helpful. Townsend is actually one of the BEST locations in the city of Fredericksburg, as it's not in a highly congested traffic area, but still close to everything. December 13, 2012

Rated 3 out of 5?by Khedz Just not in love We liked this community, but we weren't quite in love. We were concerned about the noise from route one and the surrounding communities. The office staff were very nice and helpful. It seemed like a safe community, but not in a great location. Great price, but pretty small apartments. November 18, 2012
