We have a few inconsiderate residents that feel like they own the place instead of being a considerate neighbor. Staff is great, most of my neighbors are great, the location is perfect. We feel like the small issues in our neighborhood are magnified due to everything being designed like a hotel and you are in closer proximity than you are with the traditional apartment communities. All we need is for everyone to be considerate and we will be fine. The amenities, location, etc. is worth it to us. Keep up the good work Aura! April 10, 2013

Rated 2 out of 5?by Jane Not luxury Beautiful complex with a lot of issues. Several residents smoke inside their apartment and the smell extends into the hallway and the hallways above that apartment. The walls are very thin, Be perpared to hear your neighbor's (side, upstairs, and downstairs) business- cell phone ring with conversation, and bathroom haibts. Or someone simply walking by your apartment or kids running thru the halls screaming...The trash chutes are regularly broken and trash bags left laying around. Residents do not pick up after their pets or let them do their 'business' in the hallways. The pet area is a small stripe of grass, around back. The maintenance staff is fabulous. But this is not luxury.... January 16, 2013
