Rated 2.6 out of 5?by 5 reviewers.
Rated 1 out of 5?by Don't move here I have hated living here since I moved in. Some of the people that live here are nasty. They let their trash drip down the hall on the carpet and all over the elevator. When people drop their trash they don't go and pick it up. There are grocery buggies left all over the place. The place looks like it is a low class facility. The management needs to do more to make the residents take care of their area. There have been times that people who work for the apartment complex or who are contracted have come into my apartment with asking first. I find a note telling me they were there. I am military and my wife recently joined me here, but I was out of town and couldn't get her a parking decal. So she wrote the information down on a paper and put it in her car for two nights. On the second night they had her car towed. It would have been nice if they had called first and asked Mr. S why do you have an extra car, what is going on. They wouldn't give her a pass or a temporary pass. Her parents were with her to help her get moved in so they had the visitors pass. The customer service here is horrible. In Feb. they lost my rent check. A notice was placed on my door telling me I was being evicted and had 5 days to move. I had to take time off from work go to the leasing office to find out what was going on and then go to the bank to put a stop payment on the check. They could have had better customer service instead of put an eviction notice on my door. I am moving from this place August 22, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5?by So Much to Offer at EOS-21, Love It For everything that I get for my money, well worth it July 12, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5?by Lived here for six years and just renewed, love it! I have lived here at EOS for six years and I enjoy living here. With the new management I can tell they care about their residents with the many positive changes. The recently painted and upgraded the buildings with new carpet which I'm excited about no more orange and yellow hallways. The resident functions are excellent from Happy Hour once a month to Casino night to Ice Skating before Christmas last year on the tennis courts. Yes I said Ice Skating!!! My daughter who is six ice skated for the first time on a tennis courts that was transformed to an ice skating ring.. truly amazing. Convenience to my job, location of the shopping and the shuttle for my husband to get to work helps. My only issue is the parking in which I can't see how they can change it. March 7, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5?by EOS21 - HORRIBLE! I've been combating BED BUG ACTIVITY for over a YEAR! I had Orkin come in to inspect and they told me that the bugs were in the cracks of the ceiling. EOS does not care about it's residents!! It is a serious problem around the ENTIRE complex. The office staff turn over is extremely high; new staff every 4-6 months. They spend more money and time on the appearance than serving the residents!!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE October 24, 2013
Rated 2 out of 5?by Parking is Awful! Finding a parking place after 5pm take about 30mins, seriously! On the surface they appear very nicely renovated, but it is all surface. Fixed utilities are always at the max. Try another apartment complex. Staff is very nice and helpful but the product is the problem. October 2, 2013
