Rated 1 out of 5?by jp360 Worst rental experience ever Location/Neighborhood: A few miles south of Old Town, but not walkable. Walking distance to the Metro. Lots of shopping available. Maintenance Service: Non-responsive. I waited over a month to have something simple fixed, and it only got fixed because I spoke to the property manager. Things queue up in their online maintenance system and never get responded to. Quality of amenities: Half the laundry machines don't work. There really aren't enough machines for a building of this size. The pool and gym are decent. Kids throw rocks on the tennis court so it's only a matter of time before it's ruined. Office Staff: The absolute worst. No manners. They act like its a big deal to answer simple questions or to get a package for you. They lost my lease and are so unorganized that it's ridiculous. Noise: My building is filled with kids whose mothers let them run around unsupervised until around 10pm. They run around outside or in the hallways and stairwells. There's also a ton of noise pollution from Rt. 1. Expect to hear a siren every 5 minutes if you live in 6034 or 6040. Overall Value: Not worth it. If proximity to Old Town is your thing, look elsewhere. This place is plagued by substandard amenities, unsatisfactory customer service, and horrible neighbors. I have not enjoyed living here at all and can't wait until my lease is up. January 2, 2013
